Updated stuff

• mediathekview 8-1~jdesch

The new major release 8 was published by the upstream maintainer. So I've "repacked" the official binary without compiling it. This release of the package has my personal postfix ~jdesch1 added to the package release.

After a first start, the package seems to work as expected.
