Updated stuff

• mediathekview 7-1~jdesch

The new major release 7 was published by the upstream maintainer. So I've "repacked" the official binary without compiling it. This release of the package has my personal postfix ~jdesch added to the package release.

After a first start, the package seems to work as expected.

I've removed the previous release from the repository. If you have trouble with release 7, just drop me a line and I will upload release 6 too.
